Morning Session:

Strategic Leadership:  The Four Things a CEO Cannot Delegate

This interactive session will provide an overview of enterprise-wide strategic leadership and the four key components every leader must address.

Led by Margaret Reynolds, Managing Principal of Reynolds Consulting, LLC.  Ms. Reynolds has been assisting companies with growth planning for more than 20 years and has extensive experience in helping companies find innovative ways to grow their business...and their profits.  She has served in numerous sr. exec roles and is adept at helping clients see their full potential.  Her enthusiasm to coach and her passion for growth will leave you feeling empowered!

First PM Session:

The Power of Servant Leadership

Learn how your CEO can build an environment of trust with employees across all company levels... A MUST in attaining and maintaining global competitiveness and effective customer service.

Led by Nancy Reece, Sr. Consultant with the Human Capital Group.  Ms. Reece specializes in values-based leadership and is passionate about helping people know and DO the right thing.  She is a former SVP for YMCA-MidTN and was the first woman elected National Board Chair of the Association of YMCA Professionals. She serves as adjunct faculty at Lipscomb University and has written several books on leadership.  She is a respected keynote speaker and emerging thought-leader and creates a warm, transparent, and open atmosphere for learning and growth.

Second PM Session:

Profitability Management

Did you know that most sales-driven companies make about 140% of their profits from sales of 5-10% of their core products and services to 20% of their core customers?  The rest are break-even or net-profit losers.  In this session, learn about the stages of "Profit Mapping" and find out how you can manage your business to increase value, lower cost-to-serve and grow profits dramatically.

Led by Bruce Merrifield, Independent Distribution Consultant and Former COO.  Mr. Merrifield has owned his consulting firm for more than 30 years, consulting in the world of independent distribution channels.  He is highly skilled and experienced in turnaround and acquisitions.  In 1983, he bought Clark Security Products and took sales from $7 million to $150 million.  He regularly speaks to trade associations and many of the world's largest corporations.  He has written over 100 articles and wrote a book on e-commerce.  He sits on several boards and provides strategic advice to firms.  He is currently working on 2 startups.

The TAB seminar will be held at the Marriott Cool Springs Conference Center on Tuesday, June 7, 2011.  The first session will begin at 8:30 am.  Lunch is included in the day.  The last session will conclude by 4:30 pm.  Please visit www.tab-nashvillesouth.com for more information.
